Glossary

Participating Unit: Unit that indicates the interests of each party in the collective investment portfolio.
Penitipan Kolektif: Jasa penitipan atas Efek yang dimiliki bersama oleh lebih dari satu Pihak yang kepentingannya diwakili kustodian.
Per Transaction Clearing Result List: Written Data as a result of the clearing process of each transaction conducted by KPEI which contains the rights and obligations of each Exchange Member arising from Stock Exchange Transactions that occur in the Negotiations market on any Bourse Day which consist of mandatory delivery of securities and or fund to the counterparty Exchange Members of the transaction and receipt of securities and or fund of the counterparty Exchange members of the transaction and shall contain the name of the counterparty Exchange members of the transaction , the Custodian where the settlement of the Stock Exchange Transaction and settlement schedules conducted by KPEI in case of failure of the settlement.
Per Transaction Result List (DHP): Electronic documents available in KPEI which contains the rights and obligations of every Exchange Member based on the List of Stock Exchange Transaction occurred at the Negotiated Market.
Perusahaan Efek: Pihak yang melakukan kegiatan usaha sebagai Penjamin Emisi Efek, Perantara Pedagang Efek, Manajer Investasi.
Pre-opening: A period which occurred before the commencement of trading hours on any Bourse Day whereas every Exchange Member has the opportunity to submit their sell and purchase order on Securities, resulting the formation of an Opening Price on such Securities.
Preemptive Right: A right that is attached to the shares which allow existing shareholders to buy new securities, including shares, securities convertible into shares and warrants, before being offered to the other Party. This right should also be transferable.
Preliminary Prospectus: Written document that contains all information in the Prospectus submitted to Bapepam as part of the Registration Statement, excluding information on the nominal value, total number and offering price of Securities, underwriting, bond interest rate, or other matters relating to the conditions of the offer which can not yet be determined.
Previous Price: Closing price on the previous Bourse day which sets the standard of price in the Pre-opening, or the opening period.
Price: A number of values in rupiah formed by the matching of sell and purchase orders of securities submitted by Stock Exchange Member in the Stock Exchange.
Price & Time Priority: Priorities in conducting securities transactions on the Stock Exchange (in the Regular Market), where the party who offers the highest price for the purchase order or lowest price for sell order will be given priority in a transaction, while offers at the same price, either to purchase or to sell, the priority is given to the first order submitted.
Price Earning Ratio (PER): The ratio between the shares price compared with the company's net profits available to be distributed for every share owned (EPS).
Price Fraction: A unit of share price changes in the sell and purchase activities in the Regular Market. Price Fraction is one of the trading requirements provisioned in the regular market.
Primary Market: Initial offer of Securities after obtaining effective statement from the Chairman of Bapepam-LK. Purchase order on the securities in the primary market can be submitted through its Underwriter or Selling agent by submitting proof of identity.
