- Odd Lot
- Unit number of shares which is smaller than the determined shares trading unit on the Stock Exchange, thus such number can not be traded in the regular market. The number of units traded on the Stock Exchange is 500 shares.
- Opening Price
- Prices that formed during the Pre-opening period.
- Order and Trading PIC (PJPP)
- Party appointed by the Exchange Member or Securities Company who apply as a Member of the Stock Exchange and registered on the Stock Exchange that are responsible for sell and purchase orders to be successfully submitted to JATS.
- Originator
- A Party/Person that has collectively transferred his/her financial assets to the holders of Asset Backed Securities where the financial assets are obtained by the respective parties through lending, sales, and the provision of other services related to the business.
- Over the Counter Market (OTC)
- A market held outside the stock exchange where the price of securities is determined by a negotiation (bargain) system between the investor and dealer/broker.
- Over the Counter Transaction
- Transaction between the Securities Companies or between the Securities Company with other parties that are not regulated by the Stock Exchange, and transactions between parties that are not Securities Companies.
- Overall Offering Value
- The amount of money and the value of services, wealth, bonds, debt compensation, or other remuneration to be received by the Party who acts as the offerer in the Securities offering.
