In line with KSEI's commitment to implementing good corporate governance practices, KSEI provides a system that can be used to report, manage, and follow up on complaints regarding alleged violations committed by KSEI's Internal Parties.
The Internal Parties of KSEI consist of:

- The Board of Directors
- Internal Parties
- Prospective Employees
- Fixed-term Employees (PKWT)
- Outsources Parties
Type of Violation
Types of violations that can be reported and acted upon are:
- Harrassment
- Intimidation
- Anarchic actions
- Information and Data Manipulation
- Conflict of Interest
- Illegal Gratuities
- Bribery
- Economic Blackmail
- Financial Reporting Fraud
- Embezzlement of cash, inventory, and other assets
- Discrimination
Confidentiality Guarantee Commitment

KSEI provides protection towards whistleblowers from all forms of threats, intimidation, persecutions, or any objectionable actions from any party, as long as the whistleblower keeps the confidentiality of the reported case.

KSEI guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of whistleblowers, witnesses and information submitted to KSEI.
Report Any Violations You Found and Become an Agent of Change
Reporting Mechanism
- Report violations by sending an email to: lapor@kseiwbs.co.id
- The report must include information regarding the location of the violation, the time of the violation, and a chronological description of the incident.
- Reports can be in the form of document files (.doc, .pdf), photos (.jpg), or videos (.mp4) with a maximum size of 2 MB.
- In the process of following up on the report, if necessary, KSEI may request your willingness to provide additional information to complete the data or supporting evidence.
