  • It gives easiness to investor to conduct report consolidation of other owned portfolios spread out in several Securities Companies or Custodian Bank. 
  • It improves the trust and sense of security to investor to invest in capital market by opening Sub Securities Account which can be directly monitored by investor himself.
  • It provides additional information required by investor transparently in Indonesia capital market.

As investor, I'm interested in getting KSEI AKSes Facility. What are the requirements?

The application of KSEI AKSes Facility can be forwarded only by investor who already has Sub Securities Account in KSEI. By having such Sub Securities Account, investor is entitled to ask for KSEI AKSes Facility, and Securities Company or Custodian Bank, pursuant to Bapepam-LK letter Number S-4882/BL/2009 dated June 8, 2009, must respond to such request.

How can investor get KSEI AKSes Facility?

  1. Forward the application through 
  2. Click AKSes logo in the left on top or Investor Area title in the right on top of website.
  3. Click ‘Create Your Own User ID for the First Login’ when perform first login.
  4. Complete and fill in data investor form.
  5. Print the completed form to be forwarded to Securities Company or Custodian Bank where investor becomes client together with investor identity card (KTP/Tax Registration Card/Passport).
  6. Having gone through verification and validation process of investor data, Securities Company or Custodian Bank will deliver the application of AKSes Facility to KSEI.
  7. Based on such application, KSEI will issue AKSes Card which indicates Investor ID and Pin Mailer with Pin Code to investor through Securities Company or Custodian Bank.
  8. By using Investor ID and Pin Code, investor can go into Investor Area facility through the internet at

How can investor make first access to KSEI AKSes Facility?

  1. Type the link on Internet Explorer 
  2. Click AKSes logo in the left on top or Investor Area title in the right on top of website.
  3. Click ‘Create Your Own User ID for the First Login’ when perform first login.
  4. Input the following data:
    1. Investor ID Number, at front page of AKSes Card.
    2. Check digits, at back page of AKSes Card.
    3. Pin Code available on Pin Mailer.
  5. Click ‘Next’.
  6. Input the following data:
    1. User ID: 8 (eight) alphanumerical characters at minimum.
    2. Password: using pin pad available on the screen. 
    3. Confirm Password: repeat Password that has been input.
    4. E mail: email address.
    5. Secret questions: answer 5 (five) questions provided based on investor preference.
  7. Click ‘Next’.
  8. Having read it entirely, click ‘I agree with the term and conditions’. 
  9. Click ‘Submit’.
