The implementation of sub account on C-BEST system has been adding another task to the account holder which is to input instructions to the C-BEST system. It's  a double work since the account holder has to input instructions into two different system, the Account Holder Back Office system and C-BEST system. To ease the trouble up, KSEI will hand out the new model, Interface Definition Module (wsxfrcli). However, at the early stage the module is only available to be used for:

1. OTC instructions (DFOP, RFOP, DVP, RVP)

2. Deposit Confirmation Instructions (DCONF)

3. Securities Transfer Instructions (SECTR)

4. Book Transfer Instructions (BTS)

5. Wire Transfer Instructions (WT).

6. PTP Functionality.

With the help of this interface, the Account Holder need only to input the instructions once on their back office system. In order to make the system works smoothly, the account holder back office system has to develop an application to produce instruction files in the format chosen by KSEI (XML format) then the files produced can be uploaded into C-BEST system using the interface.

KSEI also provides tool named 'upload' to help account holder using the interface. This tool has two functions :

1. For Account Holder which is not have Back Office system to generate XML Formatted files. They can input the instructions manually into the tool. The Tool will generate xml formatted file and upload that file to C-Best.

2. For Account Holder which is already have Back Office system to generate XML formatted files. They can simply upload these files using this tool.
